World Food Expo - Aug. 8, 2009 (World Trade Center)
I went with Kuya, Nikol & Daddy. We thought we'll be able to get free food as much as we want. But we only got ourselves tired from walking around the building looking for free stuff. But I did learn a lot of things about food ingredients and equipment! Advance Food Concepts Mfg. (where Daddy works) bagged the award for Best WoFex 2009 Booth. Asides from having people taste their syrups for free (with their chocolate fountain, stick-Os,breadsticks etc..), they efficiently utilized their booth space. A lot of people also bought the packet of syrups from them. (Smallest SKU only costs Php 20) Congrats daddy!

FYI:
Advance Food Concepts is the main supplier of dairy and vegetable products of McDonald's. They also supply their products to other restos & fastfood chains. Currently, they are also planning to sell their fudge/syrups(Choco Fudge, Caramel,Strawberry,Cheese, Condense Milk etc.) in groceries.
