Philippine Fashion Week - May 31, 2009

Clarissa & I got free tickets from Ms.Remy for the Philippine Fashion Week - Day May 31, 2009 at the SMX Convention.
Luckily, we sat at the front row at Jeffrey Rogador's menswear collection (FYI, not underwear as I've seen in the commercial...LOL). The male (uhumm..hot) models strutted the ramp with their foreheads painted in pink. The motif of the collection was pink and gray, and seems fit to wear for the incoming rainy season.
After eight yrs., I saw Luke Jickain in person =). From a glass-rimmed and chubby boy back in Gr.6, he's now so beefed up and I just watched in awe. Yeah...as in jaw dropping which I resisted because I was in the front seat.

Clarissa saw a college friend, Kat, and offered us free entrances to all the other shows! That's what I called LUCKY! Anyway, we only watched Premiere Collection E at 2:30 PM

Of all the collections, I loved Len Guiao's because hers were of crispy white dresses that I imagine myself wearing them in the office. While Oliver Tolentino's wear was quite edgy and dreamy, containing multiple colors which I think is not wearable. Badly, I really got sleepy at one collection where all the clothing were brown and the music was similar to Enya's.

Since Clars needs to leave for his bro's birthday, we didn't had the chance to watch the other shows. So we'll just wait for next year's fashion week, I'll make sure we're able to watch the collection of Sassa Jimenez and Michael Cinco's.
