Photoshoot w/ Marian Rivera..bonding w/ the boss afterwards

Being in the Mktg. division is stressful because it requires you to be always in fast mode. The perks of the job is getting involved with the mktg. media and getting exclusive privileges.

Last Feb.29, my boss & I had a photoshoot with Marian Rivera for her June cover in View Magazine. Marian's a total fan of Hello Kitty eversince she was young and we sponsored her jewellry for the photoshoot. Her manager told us "Original ba yan?", I thought to myself "Like

duh!" and told her "We're actually the official licensee & distributor of Sanrio/Hello Kitty products in seven Asian countries".

She used the silver Hello Kitty purse, Hello Kitty necklace and ring with rhinestones which she requested us to give it to her. We actually gave her six to ten Sanrio items. It's kind of embarassing because she's more updated with the new Hello Kitty products than our company since her Titas in the States always sends her new arrivals. Sanrio-USA has items that are sometimes unavailable in the Phils. because we're dependent in whatever Sanrio-Hongkong & Japan gives us.

Anyway, as we stayed inside Marian Rivera's dressing room while she got prepped up, she's an adorable and nice person. She's not also like the other actors that are unapproachable. She looks tall on TV but looks very petite in real life. I just thought her voice to be quite unmatching for her petite frame. Then here comes a lady from the GMA top mgt.

discussing her wedding in Marimar. Kakatuwa, I think she really loves Dingdong. She tells us about Dingdong saying "Sana nga totoohanin na natin toh (wedding)". Marian suddenly giggles and like super kilig. I just hate Karylle and like Marian to replace her.

In addition, the asst. make-up artist brought her a Melissa yellow beach bag (can be bought at Rustan's). It's the first time  I saw those plastic fashionable Melissa shoes. So cute, I want to have one. The Melissa line seems to fit the upcoming summer.

P.S. Last Feb.4, I alone went to Boy&Kris - Valentine/Kris bday' show shooting. We gave her a Hello Kitty silver make up bag and gold purse. It was kind of tiring because I didn't know the shooting will last for four hours, I watched til 7pm! I didn't have a chance to get a picture of Kris with the HK make up kit, so if anybody has one..please submit them to me! I'll reward you, promise.

 

Forgot to add, my boss and I went to Trinoma afterwards and made liwaliw. Ayun, wala kami magawa and our childish instincts came out. We played at Timezone and nailcutter lang ang nakuha ko sa mga tickets..hehehe..5 pts lang...andaya nung Time Crisis, twice ako ng-insert ng token, kinain! Kaasar!
